As was said before, you're granted to extrapolate a manner of attack based on your abilities, but you must provide enough evidence to make the scenario you present viable.

Scans will be a valuable commodity this time around. Using hyperbole and quotes from other characters stating occurances won't.

For example, a scan of Uatu the Watcher saying "Surfer's blast was powerful destroy a planet" won't cut it if your saying Surfer can fire a planet buster. A actual picture of Surfer's blast destroying a planet will.

You're going to need depicted accounts of an act, or a [b]VERY closely related account. [/B]

Certain things we know enough about though. For example, If you're talking about Surfer's energy manip in a general manner, and arguing whether or not it could destroy a character, again, you might have to quantify, but a scan wouldn't be absolutely necessary.

Scans are good, but we don't want to emphasize them to the point that a team without a scanner can't win the tourney. But the respect threads should help too. 🙂

can someone tell me if it's true that majestic literally has the strength to move PLANETS! and if it is, he'd better not be that strong for this tournment . . . cuz i seem to recall the strength of a certain character having been quite an issue and i doubt moving entire planets is within the scope of HIS strength . . .

Who are you talking about?

Moving planets isn't actually a true strength feat, Majestic had to rig up all this techno-gear to help him push planets around without ripping them to pieces

i trust you're kidding . . . supes couldn't even move the moon by himself in a couple cases and was sun-dipped to push warworld . . . show me marvel pushing a world, or wonderwoman.

not sure how long it took BUT it didn't sound like he needed gloves to actually MOVE them, just gloves so they wouldn't fall apart. that would make him FAR stronger than superman. not even debateable.

Yeah, it took years because he need the cooperation of the governments of Earth. He also had to build huge (building-sized) machines to do things like regulate the tides, maintain magnetic North and South, and cast a hologram of the night sky so that people wouldn't see the stars moving wheb he moved the Earth. He also had to navigate each planet through the gravity wells of the other planets in the solar system without tidal forces tearing them apart. Still, other top tiers do have advantages Majestic doesn't have, though I won't go into those here.
