Why the beating around the bush? Has spartan NOT shown to be able to do the things Void was capabable of. Is that the truth of the matter? I would really love to know.
I dont care whats conceivable at this point. I want to know if it was ever shown that he could do those things. I can then actually mount some sort of debate depending on that. Because his run was had wasnt it? According to Wiki, there was three Void hosts and Spartan was the second. So you should know the answer.....why arnt you telling me is the bigger question.
Yes BB does have a defined powerset and power range. What is being asked is simply how much of the Void Powers has Spartan shown other than Teleportation.
How long as Spartan had this upgrade and does Spartan still have it? Basic questions to help in determining just if this character is within the limits or is the power range to Vague to allow in. we are not asking for specific feats just an acknowledgement as to whether or not Spartan with the void powers is defined enough to allow in.

Thats crap Khell. Sorry but its crap and you know it. All Im getting from you is that he MIGHT have some of Voids powers. Everyone has a bio on powers, and we know what to generally expect because they have HAD those powers for a while, and the bios at least mention them. THIS is a different case in that the Void MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT have given Spartan the same powers the orb gave the girl.

They're all limited to within this tourney's boundaries. Two, he ONLY got her teleportation power. Well, that's even better for you, right? So why worry about it? Third is that he's somewhere in between. He got some of those powers, but not all. Yet again, so long as you KNOW what they all are, why does it matter to you? It just means he's got less power than the first scenario, which is good for everyone else. I'm not seeing the problem here.

Had BW and I given the same type of answers to people about Shaman he would have been banned on the spot. we had to define even though his bio pretty much tells you everything he can do as well. we are just asking for you to have to do the same.
I think you guys are pretty much beating a dead horse.
Anything Khells claims Spartan can do MUST be backed up by scans.
It's that simple.
Anything less won't be taken into account.
It's not like he can just make things up and it's going to fly. He has to prove his statements.
If you want that to be the case, we'd need defined lists of all of Shaman's spells, as well as the full scope and range of the abilities of a GL Ring, the Power Cosmic, Black Bolt and Captain Atom defined before we begin this tournament because every possible feat they could perform is not defined by their bios.
Basically what Ill said, but here's the deal.
It's only been confirmed that he has her teleporting ability, though the power absorbtion was never fully defined. The teleporting will be assumed (and she isn't beyond Flash...that one scan was an anomaly...she's been knocked around before by people much slower) and anything else Khell finds scans of Spartan using (that doesn't violate the limits) he is welcome to use.
But like Ill said, without scans or concrete issue #'s, it'll be suicide with the judges to try and make stuff up.
So let's be quiet about this now. It's settled, and Spartan isn't breaking the limits.

Yeah, you're all spending way too much mental energy on Spartan. Beleive me when I say that, for my first match especially, you should be MUCH more concerned with what Black Bolt can do. 😈
That goes for the other characters as well, not just Spartan.
As was said before, you're granted to extrapolate a manner of attack based on your abilities, but you must provide enough evidence to make the scenario you present viable.
Scans will be a valuable commodity this time around. Using hyperbole and quotes from other characters stating occurances won't.
For example, a scan of Uatu the Watcher saying "Surfer's blast was powerful destroy a planet" won't cut it if your saying Surfer can fire a planet buster. A actual picture of Surfer's blast destroying a planet will.
You're going to need depicted accounts of an act, or a VERY closely related account.
