I see it the other way around. There isn't much room to show Thanos on a physical level with Superman. Thanos: Diabolical - Yes. Inventive - Yes. Durable - Of course. Speed and Strength wise...there just isn't much on the Thanos end.
a) That logic doesnt work. You cant trow away that DC had a crisis that pretty much erased the previous continuity. It happened. Marvel never had. So unless there is a particular retcon the feats are in continuity.
And nobody is going to even claim its the same Darkseid. He went to slap pre crisis SuperMEN lite at the same time, to having problems with post crisis weaker versions. Sometimes one on one.

b) I didnt post any slap feat. I posted him standing against Thing, Thor, Hulk, and Herc, at the same time. With him mocking them, no less.
As for the manhandling. They couldnt do a thing, Hulk and Thing wer getting smacked like inferiors and Quasar further statement enlight us on how good of a chance they had.
c) Just Thanos leveling a planet (or a big part of it) when he went toe to toe with Drax, threating Thor and others like they wer nothing even before a powerup, beating on Surfer like he was a dummie, making Hulk look like a chump, beating pre power up Drax (that punched stars), standing against Thor when he went mad (blood and Thunder), among others.
Thanos is just stronger, Imo.

The crisis has no effect on the new gods...it's even stated in infinite crisis. If you check out the Darkseid respect thread, it's clear that he's quite above Thanos. I've seen plenty claim "precrisis Darkseid" (still today's DS) is stronger than Thanos, and it's quite apparent.

There wasn't any kind of battle there. Guys on their level should be able to smack each other around easily when you compare their relative weight to their strength levels. Had I see Thanos overpowering them completely, then I would be inclined to agree. This is a feat Superman could have pulled off as well.
I posted another battle of Superman vs a city full of villains and he had a good time while defeating them.

Superman did the same thing with Darkseid, in the battle I posted, if you notice , they end up on a tiny piece of floating mass when it's over. Surfer just stood there, so I can hardly count that in good faith. He used Tech on Thor since he obviously wasn't going to overpower him.
He's lacking good solid strength feats and pure victories. Thanos has clear cut impressive durability feats against energy attacks, but strength and speed feats leave a lot to be desired.

No he was treating them like toys without the advantage of Superspeed Superman has without it he would could be beaten by just hulk.

You are the one who refuses to acknowledge. Simply put, you hate Superman, you like Thanos. I like both, but will question Thanos "feats" when I see SM's are continuously under the microscope as well.
