seriously.. think about how good a fight supes vs. surfer would be.. now think about how gog can give supes a good run.. now think about how dd beat down 100 gogs.. 300... hell even 1,000.. if silver surfer can take the equivolant of 600 supermen at once.. than I might concede.. he stands a chance against dd.. if there's even a hint of doubt as to whether or not the gogs would win this fight against ss.. than ss gets a beatdown by doomsday nuff said..

superman indirectly created gog by making a choice that resulted in gog's parents' death.. gog wanted to make superman make a choice that effected his (clark's) family.. so he stalled superman while another gog tracked down lois lane... he stalled superman to make him make a choice... either stay and save all the people of metropolis or take off to save lois and leave them to their doom vs. doomsday...

Yes, it took a bunch of so called Superman level beings to restrain an old Superman. Then forces gramps to decide wether to save his love or Metropolis. Only to have DD being the hero and attacking the Gog's - who are so called Superman level when it took more than one to restrain the (senior-citizen) Superman.

you should check out the pics.. it only takes two or 3 at any given time to restrain him.. the rest are there for security purposes I suppose...

thats really dumb needing 3 gogs to fight an old superman or any superman the original gog defeated all the heros it took a being with amazing time powers to defeat him and even then he did not die if the story had been consitent an army of gogs would have indeed killed superman with out breaking a sweat just like only one can and Doomsday shouldnt have been killing any gogs perioud they should have used there power to trap him in time or something.
