What inherited funds? I'm pretty sure that blacks didn't pay anyone to be slaves, so I don't know where these funds are coming form.
If you study how farming works, the money from the crop goes to pay for the seeds of the next, the rest goes to build a house, etc. If there was any profit it was probably taken away from any slave owners during Reconstruction.

Here is an idea. Why not you americans grow up and hire people, gives spots in universities or award those based on merit? Stop blaming others for your failures.

Here's an idea...why do't you be a bit more sympathetic to the plight of people who were and are racially opressed. Minirities and poverty are linked, as are minorites and poor schools. They cant even get to college based on merit, they didnt get the same education. FIX IT as opposed to crying foul and whining. Racism still very much exists.

How do they not get the same education? How are they being racially oppressed today? When I lived in the US I did not see segrated schools. I did not see an effort to keep minorities from getting educated so what are you talking of?
Here is a better idea. Those in poor areas should take school serious and work their way out of poverty instead of snorting crack and robbing people and then blaming others for it.
