I like the idea of more tension for a fourth movie......but I don't want to see her go with Jack and then leave him to go back to Will.....I want to see her go with Jack and stay with him.......and once we see the 3rd movie, we can start making theories about a 4th movie 🙂 .......if you read that part of that interview with the director.....that I posted on the previous page.....and it gives a strong hint to a 4th movie.....

And if Will and Liz end up together in the next one people will say..then why did all that crap happen in the second between JAck and Liz? after all the stuff he did for her? and why did her character suddenly change then change back again? It wont make sense to the developing story.... but it DOES make sense if she keeps developing forward instead of backwards..
Will did alot of stuff for her in the first one...but where was he in the second? He wasn't there for her at all lol.
Here's what Jack did for her:
1. he made her feel more alive then Will ever has.
2. He gave her a sense of freedom where as Will resembles her old life, she has changed I doubt she will want to go back to that life. She has had a taster of Jack and freedom and its gonna be hard for her to leave it.
3. He came back for her and protected her from the Craken. She see's him as her hero/idol
4. There was more screen time between those two than Will/liz...cuz its more interesting in the long run plain as.
5. Jack helped her become more independant, she saves herself, Will did nothing to help her in this movie at all. I cant think of any part where she was his main focus. He set off to save her then got distracted .. He completley forgot about her and went searching for the chest instead. He didnt go to that island to find her he went to find the chest. she just happened to be there. Jack was there to save her when she needed it. He was also there to let her handle herself. He believes that she can handle things herself.. and she wont forget that.

Her character is changing for a reason^^^ If she was really meant to be with Will then they wouldnt have made her more "pirate-like."
I was thinking just now. Maybe when the compass pointed to Jack it was telling liz "you want to be like him" and not "you want to be with him" because I think he became her hero in this movie (not will)..He is everything she wants to be. That could be the twist. But then that whole her wanting to kiss him scene and the end scene where she goes back into kiss him would mean nothing.and I doubt disney would add that unless it meant something. It would contradict itself.
Also I think they were hinting that Jack's compass was pointing at Liz when he thought it was "broken" so its still a possibility that they are meant for eachother.

See even that tiny wee hint shows us its more of a "Jack suited" role.
In the first one she was the "Damsel in Distress" that will saved..now shes one of the lads...
I just realised there was no damsel in distress in the 2nd one....Actually Will kinda was 😆
Exactly. I have a feeling its Disney just saying that (if they really did) to keep people interested and wondering. Disney might be trying to trick us by saying yeh they get maried but in reality its gonna be a shocker...just like the 2nd was.
And yeh when I think of it. WHY would disney basically give that info away? the whole point is to keep you guessing for the third..

I;m gonna tell her that though..Whats the point of them saying that? its basically giving away the ending...unless its not really the ending and she is going to choose to do something else. That could explain why they said it.
Even if they do get married Liz's' character is pointing to nowhere but "pirate"..She might realise she is doing th wrong thing and change her mind.
The wedding cant be all that important to the plot if Disney are mentioning it already.

They are keeping very......"silent"...about Jack/Liz in the next movie though i notice...maybe because its their relationship that is actually important to the ending.
