whats interesting is that Jack is sailing away in the boat and the Kraken doesnt go for him it goes for where he thinks he is (the pearl)..Liz must have realised this because she saw him sailing away. They could have ALL left on the boat and the kracken wudda attacked an empty pearl thinking Jack was on it.

you know what line is super amazing? the "we're not outa this yet, love". I Adore the way Jack calls her "love" and "darling" all the time, so casually. its beautiful. Plus, i think that line might have a double meaning... like, Jack is almost saying, the two of us arent over- there is a lot more we will have to go through before we can be together.... hehehe i can dream.
Yea, Jack calls her "love" and "darling" casually since the first movie. and I think it's awsome......and if you read those interviews, the one with the head director (Jerry. B) and Johnny, and the other one with Ted Elliot, and Terry Rossio (the writers) it sounds like they are planning to make more POTC movies after the 3rd one is finished.....they already have tons of new ideas and plots organized and ready to be scripted. 😄 and we should be getting more info on that, as well as the third movie, during the filming for the 3rd movie 😄 ....which is going to resume in a couple of weeks, and they think they will be done by late Nov. to early Dec. so they stll have 4 months of filming to do. 🙂

I love how she pretends that she hates what he is suggesting..she then walks away and we can clearly see her smirking about what he said..she loved it.
Well, there is a very good possiblity of a 4th movie....and if they make a 4th movie, they don't have to leave the relationship thing open-ended...they can start a new trilogy with a 4th movie, with totally different plots and storylines, with th same main characters.....so there can be 2 trilogys, 1,2 and 3 as the first trilogy, then 4,5 and 6 as the second trilogy....that's what the writers said would probably happen with a 4th movie 😄

when liz is in jail at the beginning and Will is all like, im going to get the compass and then i'm coming back to marry you,
and she's like "properly?"
"legally if you'll still have me"
so what does that mean? have they already had sex?
and do you think a disney movie would ever cross a line by insinuating some of the characters might have sex, you know like a long kiss fading into another scene, like, you fill in the blank? gosh i feel so riske talking about it but i cant say i havent wondered there.

Yeh I think it meant sex..cuz she says "If it wern't for these bars I'd have you already" and her dad heard and was shocked.
I think Jack meant sex whilst talking about marriage too on the deck. I think Liz means it there too...Its something that will fly over the kids heads.
there are loads of sexual refrences in Disney films..they always do it because it goes right over innocent ears lol but the adults understand.

"If that is really true, then I'd say the makers are complete morons and it ruined their movie. Aren't scriptwriters supposed to write a script so that the movie will be good?!!! You're not pleasing some snotty 21-year-old actress and end up with a megamovie that turns out completely illogical and unbelievable (because that's what the whole plot was to me, especially with the Elizabeth-Jack-Will triangle going on). No, I'm not buying that. The producers did what they thought was right, we're talking about a project that's making HUGE money! Besides, the whole plot of the 3rd movie now kinda revolves around that kiss. They didn't let all that depend on an actress who wanted to make out with an actor.
Oh well, what the hell. It makes for interesting discussions and speculations, that's for sure. But no matter what is true, I do think that Keira has been handling all the stuff about kisses pretty immaturely, to say the least. Then again, we can only guess what we would do in her shoes. "

shes like barely 21. she s very mature for her age. and i doubt she was just randomly asking for a kiss. she had probably read the script, understood the plot, and the option for a kiss was already there. and she thought it would add to the plot, which it did.

She was supposed to be 18 in the first one but in real life she was only 17.
Shes probably meant to be 18 in this one.
