You've yet to make it clear why Revan would win. Can you seriously come up with an argument for Revan? Which should include: feats put into context, quotes, canonical events, etc.
You act like he even tooled Malak. The battle was described as "epic", for all you know he won by a hair - which doesn't grant Revan the win over the top tier PT by default because I'd submit a few PT characters would've faired equally as well.

What case would you like? The fact that it takes someone extremely powerful in the force to control the Star Forge? That would make a clear case for Malak in terms of power. And Revan by himself beat that same Malak WITH the power of the star forge. That is more impressive than anything Anakin has ever done, and clearly shows his power, as opposed to Anakin who defeated Dooku. You keep saying I'm not making a clear case for Revan against Anakin, and I'm saying this is a clear case. Now if you want to argue Revan vs. Yoda or Sidious then we can do that too, although I would still put him above the PT council.

The star forge amplifies one's force abilities to the level it would require one to arrange and rearrange matter at will, like say, creating star destroyers or tie fighters or whatever out of thin air. With that said, Malak on the Star Forge was 10% as powerful as Ragnos at his best. When Revan and Malak first dueled, Malak was easily outclassed by Revan. So he cheated by adding the captive Jedi's potential force energy to his own, to increase his stamina. Even while doing this, he still lost(and I beat him without cutting off his Jedi supply by the way 😉. I'd say Revan was 15% as powerful as Ragnos. And I'd also be bold enough to say that Revan easily outclasses Exar Kun.
Sidious and Yoda were beneath this amount of power, as creation of battle devices, ships, and whatnot was far above their level.
Not much is known about Revan's past, but I assume his creation is similar to Anakin's, which we will probably learn more about in Kotor 3.

As big of a fan as I am of Marka Ragnos, and the fact that he could very well be the most powerful of them all, that is a little too inconclusive at this point, and it is irrelevant to this topic. And again I like Revan but what proof do you have that Plagueis is below him? I'd like to think that in terms of knowledge of the dark side, Plagueis had no equal (with the exception of some ancient sith who mastered the dark side). Also bro where do you get your numbers from? You make absolutely no sense. Granted Revan is superior to Anakin and possibly to Yoda/Sidious, you don't do a very good job of proving that case..
