He preposed it, I just accepted.Porter isnt going to be the third WR. He's in competition with Northcutt, Matt Jones (if he plays) and Troy Williamson. He has a chance to becoming pretty good player again.
Maybe I'll be eating my own words, or maybe I chose the right option. I'll just have to wait and see. And I turned down Marshall because of his suspension Crew.

That's exactly why. I see Porter doing better, and I honestly don't think Jones will stay healthy the whole year, and Washington isn't better than Willie Parker or Steven Jackson.Maybe I'll be eating my own words, or maybe I chose the right option. We don't know for sure, granted, but it's a poor deal based on projected totals, past performance, relative importance of the positions, accepted wisdom from both "experts" and veterans alike, etc. etc.
Marshall is a clear number one with proven success, so while the suspension will hurt, having a strong weekly performer who will miss a few games is better than an iffy prospect who will play every week but likely won't put up fantasy-starter numbers often.
I do hope it works out for you (meaning, I hope it works poorly for Smas 😛 ), but it was a very bad deal. We're not being harsh to you personally, just telling the truth. Maybe it will work out great, but chances are it won't. But it's not such a blockbuster that it will make or break either of you, so good luck.

depth? Jones was a starter for his team, and that roster spot will be filled by a less talented player now. You absolutely needed Jones. The bottom line is it was a top 50 player for a guy ranked in the 300's. You could get a solid quality WR for Jones no question, it was a retarded move.

Because you traded for LT and got him with Palmer, and then traded Peterson to me for Reggie Wayne.
