As far as the Shield Vs Web goes that is a whole other debate. Very strong cases can be built on both sides.

Secondly, although Spidey was enraged, he DID NOT ignore his spidey sense. Daredevil "distracted hit spider-sense". Spidey said "My spider sense can track anything. Wait, its still..".
As 2 heroes fighting, someone has to be mind controlled/angry or hypnotized.
There were even times where Spidey dominated DD while under mind control.
DD does so well against Spidey, because he has the right powerset to match up him.

So with that in mind, somehow I doubt a ricocheting shield will impress Spider-Man. And even if it actually worked - IF - so what ? That's far from a victory for Captain America.

What instance are you talking about? How often do they fight and Spidey is weakened? Not many. DD usually says to himself that he cant allow himself to get hit by Spidey. Then when/if he does, he says something like "Good thing i was able to roll with that punch...."

Never said it was. I simply stated that because everybody is going nuts about Spideys spider sense. When its really a nonfactor in this fight. I just gave that example to show how Cap could get by it. Lets not forget how hard cap can throw the shield when he wants to either.

Tossing a shield won't negated the Spidey sense.
