So is Dominus except he creates realities and has enough power to threaten DC's version of Eternity. Speedblitz would be the quickest way, but T-vo is definitely a trump card here.

Did you look at a scan I posted earlier of Dominus OWNING Superman?
In nearly all their battles Dominus would toss him around realities so what are you talking about?
Once Supes mastered T-vo, everything changed... they were going back and forth restructuring reality around them.
Everything claimed here for Nate, Dominus has in spades at higher levels. If he didn't, I wouldn't bother to debate.

Please, Dominus was a character SOLELY created to give Superfans jizzims. Aside from the fact that he has uncanny resemblance to the Living Tribunal, he also displayed some of the most ineffective means of using his powers. I especially like the way he used his reality altering powers; he summoned forth more powerful versions of Superman!!! (KC Supes and Supes 1 Million). Dominus is supposedly very powerful but he never really showed it. He has "cockstroking" and "fan-wanking" written all over him.
