Super-Man VS Nate Grey

I love how Superman fanboys break away from their gayporn long enough to come up with this whole, "Superman beats anybody!" post. Why even have this thread if everyone's going to insist Superman wins? Anytime you have him in a fight, heck it could be against Prof. X, or the Phoenix Force, or Galactus, Silver Surfer, etc. and his fanboys are gonna get on here and say "How dare you even suggest this?!!!"

That's why they make up T-vo and crap like that. By the way, T-vo, not the most original name for a power. Really sounds like he's recording live television or something. Not exactly an intimidating power name.

I"m a DC fan to the core of my being, but I never take anything written in Superman comics as cannon becuz they do too much silly shit like t-vo. I'm going for the classic superman. even with tvo he can't be an omega lvl mutant like Nate. it's just impossible. Nate can pull his atoms back together from nothing. he can pull professor x out of the atral plane. He was made to beat apocolypse and apocolypse woudl give Supers a run for his money. I"m starting to hate Superman. Thanks in part to the idiot Superman Fanboys who dont' use logic when arguing a battle. it is common comic knowlege that Telepaths beat Muscles. Especially Superior Telepaths like Nate Grey, Professor X, Martain Manhunter, Maxima. Superman doesn't have the Godly resistant to will power like Diana, or thor, or a green lantern. He can't even resist Brainiac without struggling. Give me a break. Maxwell Lord had him held. Why didn't he use Tvo then? That bullshit power was a weak writer who couldn't think of anything better to do with the story.

Great. So everybody should disregard what is canon from DC and it's writers but go by what you THINK is Superman? It doesn't work that way.

It's a sad day when proof is now disregarded simply because one does not agree with it.

Did it happen before IC? Cuz with history being rewritten, nothing is cannon until it is shown to be cannon.

man I hate the changes that IC made. As if it wasn't hard enough to understand what is going on and motivations. well I can't believe this thread has gone on this long. I don't think anyone is going to give an inch so that's that.

Hey Super-Man is a great character. Hes a better hero than X-Man. What he stands for and his beliefs make him a great character.

X-Man is more of a loner, he was created to kill apocalypse, and he is a victim of genetic mutation [not just cloning for those who dont know]. Mr.Sinister changed his DNA so his mutation would max out = thats not a normal birthing process.

So you guys shouldnt consider X-Man as just some mutant. X-Mans powers are pretty incredible so give in to account that supes gets his ass handed to him.

X-Man can dish out more than Super-Man any day of the week. Super-Man's powers come thru his body while X-Man's are from his mind. Mind over body folks.

Telekinesis does wonders and imagine incredible strength to back that up too... not to mention indestructable forcefields. It might be dirty but Nate mind control a thousand mutants in helping him. Whereas Super-Man has nothing but his laser rays and his lifting of heavy objects *Laughs at Super-Man returns, only action was him getting beat up*.

I know Super-Man has more powers than what that movie showed, but really X-Man is just on a higher level.

Poor poor nate , the fanboys lead him to his death.

No it isn't, Superman has been mentally dominated countless times with ease. Nate is the single most powerful telepath in the Marvel Universe (besides anyone imbued with the full Phoenix Force), and would have little trouble controlling any Kryptonian.

Besides that, precognition goes a long way toward countering a speedblitz. Especially when Nate has show the ability to enhance his own speed, durability, and strength to big brawler levels though TK.

onslaught beat phoenix and created people. onslaught would rape supes in a second.
nate grey beat onslaught in energy form..
supes may have a mental block on but its not that good,charles xavier would mind rap supes and nate is more powerful the charles.

There's a scene in C&DP when Go- Go a hastily converted eco-terrorist is levelling a city block with a mighty big gun, Cable strolls onto ground zero and dismantles the artillery on an atomic level.

Which is what Nate Grey will do to Superman one nanosecond after erasing his mind.
