No, someone just with super speed can't beat Hulk. Now add in that they can hit with the force of a Neutron Star a billion times a second then yes.

Xmeat, we use the characters at their best. Flash at his best can move faster than Hulk can see and react. Flash has also used the infinite mass punch. Under KMC rules, we use those facts to determine the battle.

Because that is how writers try and make a story, doesn't mean that it should happen but they are trying to make a story and in these fights they are fighting at full potential. Hulk got chewed up by Speedfreak, so does that mean that someone 10000000 times faster can kill him, no it just made for a story line.

flash has never hurt DD
plus that was DD rex who wasn't very impressive compared to hulk but still resisted it. Hulk becomes more durable the second he gets madder.
