That is why I said maybe but Hulk does have unlimited strength and with his increases in strength so does his durability go up so it is possible that with enough power that Hulk could withstand multiple IP punches from Flash. However unlikely and he has never shown to resist something on this scale but it is possible within the characters powerset.
