You are referring to hulk 181 there first fight which was reconned and in HUlk 340 it state wolverine did cut hulk
know superman won from wearing done doom days which the speed blizting would have added to.

Xmeat you do realise in that later in the same issue your scan is from Superman stops holding back and beats Doomsday using superspeed.

Now if Hulk started off this fight uber strong and all amped up then maybe Flash couldn’t hurt him with the IP punches but it would still come down to Hulk can’t hit him. Flash could also go for a BFR or steal his speed or what ever else he can do. Hulk will start the fight at his base level strength and that is below the likes of Thor and Herc.
