I have heard a lot about Flash vibrating through the Hulk and he explodes, what has Flash done this to and was it something nearly as dense as the Hulk? I personally don’t think that it would work on Hulk because of his healing factor and how dense he is, if 4 nukes couldn’t kill him I can’t see that doing it.

I don't think that the Flash has ever vibrated through something as dense as the hulk in order to make it explode.
He HAS vibrated through promethium, if I recall correctly. Which is, more or less, Adamantium. And he's said that he simply has to vibrate in a slightly different way in order to make an object explode or stay in one piece.
I think that, logically, it makes more sense for the Flash to be ABLE to blow the hulk to hell than for him not to, based on his abilities.
If you want to speculate otherwise, it's all good....but...
