Yeah it does, because it can well be argued that Flash will have trouble taking him down and hence get tired and like I said hes been hit by much slower people.That doesnt prove a damn thing. The fact the Hulk had time to speak doesnt prove a damn thing. People often shout and talk after bullets are fired doesnt mean that they're talking at supersonic speed.

Right before the hit http://i118.photobucket.com/albums/o106/bigbran1/wwh012.jpg Sentry is only a few feet away so If Sentry was traveling at light speed then Hulk would have to have moved faster than light speed to stand up and move forward to be able to hit Sentry. So if Hulk could step forward to hit Sentry that means that he could run at light speed. If you also want to look at the wreckage in the background and foreground, it is still moving and falling, the last time that I checked the pull of gravity doesn’t move things faster than the speed of light so all of that would have been the same from frame to frame.

WWH doesn't need to be beaten physically.
Flash has multitude of other options.
WWH isnt that slow, he was able to hit Sentry while Sentry tried to blitz him, and its pretty hard to dodge a WWH Thunderclap
