Gorgon could talk when he was like 3 weeks old or something. Cap is not anywhere near as intelligent as he is. And Gorgon is obviously well versed in battle smarts. He was annihilating hand ninjas blindfolded when he was a teenager, before most of his power-ups. I see Black Panther as being smarter then Gorgon and BP has stated Cap's best trait is his adaptability on the fly. Cap also has been stated to be one of marvels best fighters and most capable combatants from other skilled fighters like Daredevil, to even Logan. Gorgon is not as well know for that recognition, mabey more as in preperation like Slade.

3) could read and write at age 1.

6) at age 13 he used a mathematical formula to prove the existance of GOD.
