The AM didn't kill, it erased and re-wrote existence, in that it erased countless universes (some thing the phoenix force has never shown on panel to be able to do) and then it re-wrote their existence and took them into itself as to make itself more powerful?

Because when fighting the AM they didnt immediately want to kill it (after they found out the dead were linked to it) because the lives of every person it had killed were linked to it powering it, what does this matter? I think that there is alot of confusion surrounding "the phoenix force"

What I see as the base behind "the phoenix force" is nothing but an energy source.

The human forms that it takes are mortal avatars, capable of being killed. and I only claim the absurd times that an avatar has died there must be more explination than simply being killed. as the eMP stroke and the shiar laser make no sense when the sun exploding (more poweer ful than a shi'ar laser) didn't kill her and... common, how weak was an EMP stroke?

anyway, "the phoenix force" can no more be killed than.. say an optic blast or kinetic energy...

Despite your claim, the Force and it's host are vulnerable as well. Anti-Monitor came back about three times. The team he took consisted of top tier Pre-Crisis heroes. Even Spectre and the mages had to team up to stop him, even so they failed. AM would stomp Dark Phoenix down.
