Because humans have changed over time does not mean that humans have no value. The value of life is independent of change.
Why do you want to get rid of something that has no value? The assignment of value is a human activity and is connected to culture. Therefore the assignment of value can be flawed.

Why is it that religious people in general think that if God didn't create humans as we are or by biblical account than somehow life has no meaning? That logic completely confuses me; why can't you just live your life for the experience? Live for joy, love, happiness, to procreate etc.

When I was a little boy I asked these questions and my ignorant mother who answered with......don't ask questions. Religious people piss me off because they have no proof of any of the crap they clam as truth. Even something an IMPOSSIBLE as Noah’s ark they still believe to be true.
And the worst part about it all is you can’t debate with them because you can’t disprove someone’s faith, no matter what. Ignorance is bliss and I wish I was born without the ability to question so I could be blissful.
