Yes.
Marvel agrees both in the 616 and the Ultimate universe that Ben can take out Wolverine with out much effort. Hell, the Thing put up great efforts against Black Bolt. He'll have no problem with Wolverine.

While no one likes it, the fact of the matter is Wolverine CAN take punches from the Thing and get right back up. Sure, one punch will send him flying into the next county, but he'll just walk right back.
As it's been shown, Wolvie can actually do more damage to Thing then Thing can do to him. A thunderclap would prove very useful for Ben, but if he doesn't use that, things won't look good for him.
