Respect Black Flash, The Fastest Character Ever Created
This thread is made in memory of black flash......for those of u who dont know about him, black flash is a personifacation of death used to bring death to beings that cannot be caught, those that are connected to the speed force..... he also possesses other time manipulating abilities as well...... and if u have any other scans other then the ones that ive posted, feel free to add them

He outran him, even if only just barely.
He made it to the finish line before the other person did.
Even if it was a photo finish in closeness...

Let's see, one character/concept appearing in one run of a Flash comic written by one author (not only that Black Flash was that fast, but also that Wally was that slow) is hardly anything to make a respect thread about.
Anyway, it's not like Wally was outrunning a villain. He was outrunning his own fate. Yes, in the end we all die, so does that make death the most powerful "character" out there?
