The ALE is a sentient being, but that does not make it more than a super powered animal. If the full power of the ALE could be controlled, do you honestly think anyone would be able to stop the person wielding it? They only trapped the ALE becuz it doesn't know how to get to them. Your argument is pathetic and weak at beast. Mxy with less power can cross universes like a kid crosses the street. Becuz he has the power and the know how. The power of the ale can do the same, but the being does not posses the knowlege to do so. The same can be said of the BROTHERS. they didnt know how to see each other until things happened.
