Yea, The Magic definely have some potential, and they can make some noise this year in the east, Arroya has been playing better than expected as well. How about them Atlanta Hawks, I really have seen any of there games this year so I can't tell if there for real or not but just the fact that its the Atlanta Hawk tells me no.

Yes, but aside from injuries, Okafor is pretty solid himself. He's getting nearly 4 blocks a game.
I agree Okafor is a stud and coming out of that draft he was much more polished than Howard. But i think the Magic got Howard for his potential and its paying dividends now and he will continue to improve. At the moment he is putting up these numbers without a real post up game, imagine what he is gonna be like once he has some go to moves and counters - scary.
Thats why I said yes. I thought even back then Howard should have been #1 and I still would take him over Okafor. I during one of the games, the announcers were showing that he has the highest offensive efficiency in the league because he shoots a high percentage, doesn't turnover much, and gets a ton of offensive rebounds.

Wow, that second one was hilariously amazing. 😆 It was like the best case senario you can think of.
Personally, my favorite was Game 5 of the 2004 NBA Conference Finals with the Lakers vs. the Spurs. Kobe starts with a clutch jumper. Then, TD hits a miracle over Shaq. And THEN, with .4 seconds left, Fisher hits that buzzer beater. NO ONE expected the Lakers to have a chance to win, because it was .4 seconds. So, every fan was like cheering and celebrating. And when he hit the shot and ran across the court, I saw the fans' faces. Priceless.
Also, this wasn't a "buzzer beater," but Larry Johnson's 4 point play was truly unbelievable.
😆 I think its funny that they said Isaiah "Literally carried them on his back". Apparently they don't know what the word "literally" means.
Anyway, I know there is a major offensive foul, but this is still my favorite even though it was directly before the buzzer (not best, but favorite).

I think I saw that last one. That was really great actually. i think it was a college game. In 2005. But I don't quite recall.
I still find Derek Fisher's against the Spurs pretty cool. Maybe just cause the end of that game was generally cool. Funny coincidence, I just watched it on Youtube again.

I'm sorry but I just think the man is worthless! Commentators need to stop saying he will learn because HE WONT(IMO). Its been forever and teams are just giving him too many chances to prove himself. He can barely jump so he has to rely on his height, but one problem...he's a TFN. I can't understand how owners even feel right signing his check, does he deserve that check? Well I dont think so, it could be that my standards are too high since we use to have Shaq but you cant deny that this guy sucks.
But since we arent as deep anymore at the center position, we basically need him because as you said Bynum isnt ready to go 35 minutes and we need someone on standbye for foul trouble and fatigue.

There could be a big backlash against Stern's decision, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's brought back. Stern has been pissing me off more and more...
Thoughts on the 5-5 Kings:
Artest really needs to stop being a ball hog and get in the ****ing post more often. Dude thinks he's Kobe right know. It's really pissing me off because whenever the game is close, Artest just goes one on one either driving uncontrollably to the hoop or taking an off balance jumper which he makes 1 out of 10 times. When he is in the post he's almost unguardable as there is not another SF who is stronger and the opposing defence has to pick a poison of either letting him overpower his opponent for a lay up or short jumper, or allow Martin, Bibby, a healthy Miller, Shareef to get open jumpers who are all good catch and shoot guys.
Martin needs the ball more. Dude is one of the most efficient scorers in the league and yet it's an injured Bibby and Artest who gets the ball with the game on the line. If you got a guy who is shooting better than .50FG and .90FT, it shouldn't take rocket science to get him the damn ball.
Muss needs to get his team back to playing defense. Dude has preached defense yet he gets absolutely out coached by Nellie by playing "Nellie ball". There is not excuse for that to happen to someone who wants to coach a great defensive team. He also needs to have more faith for Cisco. Cisco can do some stupid things, but given time he can really contribute all around whether it be scoring, rebounding or defending.

I still think the Kings can be a 50 win team. They're still getting used to each other considering all the changes with players and coaches. They just need to give a full effort on the defensive end and have more continuity in their offense. If they are still playing one on one ball 2/3 throught the season, they will not make the playoffs.

Anyway, did anybody see Arenas's game today? 3pts, 1-12 shooting, 0-5 threes, 1-5 FT. His only FG was on a dunk with 6 minutes left. Needless to say, they lost.......... to Memphis.
The Heat really looks lost without Shaq. Wade is getting 0 help. He scored 33 and dished out 15 assists(career high), but the Heat was outscored 19-2 in the 5 minutes Wade was on the bench.
And I'm simply disappointed that the Cavs lost after leading by nearly 10 the whole time to the Pacers.
