It's fine, but I tend to find series exciting even when I don't particularly favor one team over the other. A close game with 2 juggernauts battling will keep me excited regardless.

All the games were still close and good though, just the underdog didn't come out with the victory. And there were still some crazy games. Plus, I had money on it, so that right there made it more exciting 😛

I have ignored it for quite a while now, but it's really starting to annoy me. If you guys are going to keep on promoting that the NBA sucks, then please do it somewhere else. And even though the Nets are out, I will continue to watch the games and enjoy them, because that is what a true NBA fan does.
The NBA doesn't suck, only when you're compariong it to March Madness. It's like comparing Dwyane Wade to Ira Newble. If you compare Ira to Wade, Ira sucks. But if you compare Ira to any one of us, he's amazing. I love basketball, so I'll most likley continue to watch the playoffs(only the 2nd half though). Basketball is basketball, I'm sure I'll be entertained, just not thrilled, like I would be with March Madness.

That has been my criticism of D'Antoni all year. He is great at coaching a fast style but does not know how to adapt well or integrate the bench.
Studying? School-wise? I just graduated (today in fact!) with a B.S. in Psychology. I start my 5 year program for a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology in August.

Don't get me wrong, I am a huge NBA fan, real big. But the fan base in the NCAA is better, I'm still watching the playoffs though. But the NCAA shows the up and coming players. The crowd is included way more in the NCAA games.

Really, that shit is getting annoying. March Madness is not on the NBA playoffs level, I don't care what anyone says. That Suns-Spurs series was more exciting than any game in the tournament this year. If you feel it isn't there is a nice college basketball thread that you can go discuss it in.

Jerry Sloan is secretly a Red Master Dragon......No, Most of the fans that attend NBA games are white, so if that was the case every team would recruit more white, or european players. I always chalked it up to coincidence.
