wuTa, you watching the Pistons this year must be like me watching my Lakers last year. You never know what team will show up, they should have won that last game especially with Wade getting injured. They just seem to think they can just flip the champion switch and take the game over, its just like the Lakers last year and eventually it backfires.
if its pistons spurs... then i think spurs mite have a harder time, IF rasheed wallace is on the floor. if he keeps calm, and doesnt get ejected, then hes gonna trouble duncun enough, i think billups and hamilton will have their ways(just) with parker and ginobili. the key to the series is how well the bench players play, like barry, horry, dice, and arroyo. if any of these step up then it could be enough.

when detroit plays to there strengths and potential they are the best team in the league...their problem is they think they can beat everyone at there own game, but when they play team ball, defense and hustle, than there oppenent is in for a rough night, i have all the faith in the world that detriot well play to there potential Monday Night and win game 7, i'm hoping Wade plays so i don't hear any excuses
Even if Wade does play the Pistons should still win if they play their game. They were brilliant last year in the playoffs, they were hungrier than any other team and their defense was awesome. This year they seem to be too complacent, like the other teams are gonna roll over and die because they are the champs. It reminds me of the Lakers last year and we all know how that story ended.
I picking the Spurs because they are consistent, the Pistons have the potential to win the series but they haven't shown me any consistency this year and thats why i doubt them. The Spurs defense has been fantastic especially in the Suns series and their offence is starting to come together at the right time.
I hope that the Pistons come to play hard in the Finals, it will make it a better series. I would probably pick last years Pistons to beat the this years Spurs, but this years Pistons are not as hungry.

Ok...that was a great game but when but when billups tied the game with that 3 to make it 74/74 i knew detriot was gonna pull through...and boy did thay officiating suck balls all series!!!!...that was the worst officiating i ever seen in my life, Wade is a great player, and i'm a big fan but he does NOT deserve that much respect....there was so many phantom fouls on him it was absurd....another thing, i hate keyon dooling, i hate that ****er, he would make a shot(even a simple shot) than get this hard ass look on his face like he's some badass....enjoy your offseason assclown clown
Now for the spurs....this series should be awesome, they matchup against each other perfectly...there is no way this one is going 5 games like last year... i predict the champs just like i did last year, i wanted the spurs all year and now i got them, don't make me look stupid boys, and they shouldn't as long sheed plays like sheed and chauncey makes the right decisions and takes over games when he needs to....its time for war fellas tomcat

The Pistons can repeat no doubt, but like i keep saying they cant switch it on when they want especially against the Spurs.
They need to come out and play with the same intensity and determination as last years finals, sorry wuTa i cant see that happening. They may have flashes of brilliance but against the Spurs you have to be flawless.
Hope I'm wrong for your sake though, seeing as there are no Spurs fans around here at least one of us has a team in the finals.
People always say that these Pistons are not nice to watch, but I like watching them play. I don't care about the number of points at the end. I think that good team basketball and hustle is beautiful ball. I like the defensive intensity and the fact that they are not dirty. I like the way they congratulate the other team after a game. The Pistons/Heat game tonight was a great game.
The Spurs also have a classy type of game. The series may not be high scoring, but IMHO it will not be ugly.

NO!! 😠 😠 Miami Lost!! Im rootin for the Spurs because The Pistons knocked out my favorite team.. then knocked out Reggie... Then Dwayne.. and when you do that i dont think im gonna root for you in the next series. ANy other situtation though i would root for them. The only person i dont like on that team is Rasheed. Mainly becuase he's real stupid some times when he gets the technicals fouls( i like it though when i want them to lose._ And he talks to much.
This is what i want to happen
Game 1- SPurs win in 3 OT
2- Spurs in 3 OT
3 and 4- Pistons in Triple OT
5- Spurs in triple OT (oh yeah and each game ending in a buzzer beater)
6- Pistons in 4 OT
7- In the 5th OT... Pistons ball.. 10 secs left.. but 5 on the shot clock... the ball goes to RAsheed and he's about the dunk it.. when DUncan out of nowhere biffs the hell out of him... The biggest biff in the world.... the ball flys all the way to half court.. where Ginobli gets it and has enough time to dunk it for the win. 😄 😄 😄 😄 :
