While we don't have Bosh, it could be the case the Raptors play better because they don't have to worry about him getting the ball alot. He could be a prime candidate for the Ewing Theory (look up Bill Simmons for it).

Yeah when bosh left I thought that may help Turk, but hes gone so no worries over whether he could have picked it up or not anymore. I think 25 wins man, I'm not someone who has high expectations, so if we get 30+ wins I'll be very happy. I think DD and Weems can be an effective combo, Weems had some awesome games for us last season and playing more minutes will help the consistency. The fact they're good friends off the court with Amir also is gonna build chemistry.

They don't have a go to guy but I think having Bosh off the team might help other people. He's a great player but I never thought he could be "The guy" on it. Not for the price he was asking for.

Nah even though he said he wanted to leave and be the centrepiece deep down even he knew it would be unlikely. Hes a great player, and he'll play well with wade and bron where I think teams may just sleep on him a little, especially in the last two minutes of a game.

Well yeah, I always saw Bosh as a second piece. If Carter wasn't such a *****, he would of been great with Bosh on the Raps.

Man we can only dream about that tandem, but meh.

Let's see if Shaq doesn't die from a heart attack. Seriously, did anybody on the Celtics watch any Cavs games last year?

He was brutal and when he was on the floor, the team was slow, plodding and brutal.

I watched the opening game between the Raps and the Cavs. Bosh and Bargnani torched Shaq for over 40 points. Know why? It's because he can't guard athletic centres and power forwards. So Bosh will kill him this year, and don't forgot about Pau Gasol, he will destroy him. Pair him with Garnett and you got 2 older big men who can't guard athletic big man, and guess what? Both the Heat and Lakers have athletic big man.

Don't forget that you all you players except Rondo are above 30 and have serious knee problems.

I dont think the addition of shaq is more beneficial if he mentors perkins and big baby, as opposed to his actual playing.
