After the wonderful 2 vid induced fugue state and mind shag (oops--that's not x-rated is it? 😮💨), all I can do is purr my mantra, YUUUUMMMMMMMM YYUUUUUMMMMMMM YYYYYUUUUUMMMMMMM! It is totally satisfying and I strongly suggest trying it three or twice times, you'll get the hang of it.

I think I'm leaving the period in my life where I appreciated Johnny for his skills as an actor while still acknowledging his good looks. I'm pretty much totally in love and I guess you would say "ga ga" over him again! heh Sweeney did it! I still appreciate his acting though. Just because I'm a fan girl doesn't mean I can't see that he has wonderful talent and imagination!!!
OMG! He's too gorgeous. I was just watching the top premiere-successful actors. Johnny-with all his successful premieres- was number two...with only Will Smith ahead of him.
Blow and Astronaut's wife are definitely two of my favorite 'sexy' Johnny movies. SO SEEEXYYY!!
Johnny will amaze people in Sweeney Todd. As a matter of fact...the movie went so well that despite it being R rated Paramount went for a wide release instead of the originally planned limited one.
In Astronaut's wife, Mr. Depp actually says outloud that term by which men sometimes refer to women, one that I find to be particularly abhorrent written or spoken. The kicker here is that even though I would cheerfully strangle any lesser person who said this word, when Mr. Depp says it I can find it in my heart to accept it. I am usually a black and white thinker unfortunately but evidently not so with this actor.

I watched Blow the other evening and it's the only movie in which Mr. Depp ages, right down to the liver spots on his hands at the final scene. Did he really (eyebrows up to my hairline, mouth in a big shocked OMG) gain weight in addition to the makeup? He really "aged" like a man would, paunchy gut, skin dry and spotted, his gait a shuffling sad parody of that fine strutting young man at the beginning of the film. George Jung messed himself up--the one scene where he has the heart attack? was doing 5 times the amount of cocaina that is toxic for humans.....man, part of the 70's and 80's that I am so glad to have sidestepped for the most part.
Mr. Depp's interpretation, without the classic whine of it's not my fault, of Mr. Jung's very strange lifeis exceptional...man, a lot nicer person than the Libertine--but still tormented individual. Oh, my, the carriage scene at the beginning of Libertine--subtle little gestures and words which convey one of the sexiest sex/love scenes, IMO.
