No, with respect to eating Jesus' flesh and drinking His blood, Jesus employed metaphor to communicate spiritual truth. Jesus simply means that you cannot become born again, saved, Heaven-bound, etc. without partaking of Him in the sense that Jesus Christ is the Door, the Way, the Truth, the Life, i.e. the means whereby redemption from sin is made possible.

Yes many people even thousands have been clinically dead and have come back to life over hundred of years of recorded medical history. These same people were never "dead" to begin with, they just had no evident signs of life, people have been pronounced dead and later they find some brain activity or body functions. Remember this are the same doctors that remove the wrong organs or cut off the wrong leg or arm, they are human.
Do more research. There are many cases where people who were clinically dead for hours and/or days came back from the dead.
