If the speed force can't hurt Flash's body, which is Mortal, (depending on what Flash this is), I don't see it hurting Wanda's, who can take a Universe blowing up in her face.

But just like I said, it took him TIME, he didn't just leave the Timestream in a fraction of a second,
it was taking him Fractions of Seconds just to cross Continents on Earth, he ran and buit up his speed and THEN ran out of this Timestream.
Wanda turns him into a pair of car keys.

It wouldn't make a difference if he jumped into a different Timeline, because that Timeline still belongs to that Universe, Eternity (ALL of Time) Infinity (ALL of Space)
His only true escape is running OUT of the Universe faster than the speed of thought.
He can't cover that distance that fast.
It takes ONE second to cover 186,000 miles.
The Milky Way Galaxy alone is about 100,000 Light Years in diameter.
And there's millions of Galaxies in One Universe, seperated by 100's of 1000's of Light Years.
