She's faster than sound in a straight line. So is Rogue, but I don't think anyone would seriously argue she approaches Spidey's combat speed. Spidey can actually FIGHT so fast he's invisible, which I beleive requires speed above sound itself.

She's well below Superboy in strength. Spidey's hurt/KOed those above Superboy's level of durability. He's also taken poundings from those stronger than her.
Robin himself was able to affect Superboy by slamming his head on the ground in YJ, and we all know Kon is stronger than Cass. Even Guardian hurt the rookie Superboy, who I doubt was much weaker than current WG. Comics aren't realistic when it comes to weaker foes hurting stronger ones.

Thing is, her level OYL hasn't really been established yet. All she's really done against a name opponent so far is fought Ravager ... Something that the pro-Cassie side wouldn't exactly want to reference.
