USH'S GAME EPISODE III- 'ARTIFACT'. Light Side Area

(Sorry, Gundy, but there are no exits marked 'Pits' in the stadium!)

The crowd is screaming its head off! The other Mogarian has just made the most amazing run up the Straight, zipping by Bashy (something odd there... Bashy just gave up!), and then smashing THROUGH Boring, who is now in terrible trouble! This pus Galder's rather bent pod off its stride but he gets close to Mah! Up front, Dodgy's pod catches fire spectacularly. He races on, though, and the smoke obsucres a similar chase by Speedy, who slows down lest he crashes in the smoke! The seven racers fly past the crowd into the Narrows, all pretty close, with all of them candidates for victory! The Narrows fill with Dodgy's smoke...

Gundy- you saw what happened! Bashy tried to stop the other Mogarian but when he drew close, the Mogarian extended a hand and used the force to pluck out a control cable! By the time Bashy got himself sorted the Mogarian was past!

Gundy and Sieri, you are heading down the stairs. Marcus, you are heading towards the pits, through a network of dull corridors... it is dark down here and you can hear the roar of the crowd above...

(I'll assume I'm with Gundy and Sieri...)

Xeth hops down the stairs on his insectoid legs. "We've got to hurry! Their in the Narrows!" Xeth says, still holding a viewscreen.

Yes, you are, sorry...

Marcus, you are starting to be able to feel the keen mind of the one that must be your target...

There is chaos in the Narrows. Boring simply does not come out the other side. Dodgy and his smoke trail flames out first, pursued by Speedy who is clearly going too fast again.

The crows gasps. Orthodox and both Mogarains bash into each other in their part of the Narrows, and come out of the section almost totally out of control- into the hardest section of the lap!

"Right, should I go on with the race as normal?" yells Mah back down the comms at you guys, as he struggles for control.

okie I start running towards the location from where I get the feeling but I take my sabre in one hand, NOT activated, but finger on the button

It's... upwards... you are approaching the cacophonous area of the pits now, but you are sure he is somewhere above...

hmm I start looking for a way up, with my last free hand I take out my com link call gundark and say, I think he's somewhere above the pits

"I sense it too, Marcus," says Xeth over the comlink. He removes his saber from his belt, and starts heading his way above the pits.

(Didn't you say the hunter was a she?)

( I dont know, and I'm pretty sure Marcus doesnt care)

There is a lot of superstructure above the pits- metal bars running all over, supporting the stadium above. It is dark, but you can see the light where parts of the superstructure are open to the course.

Time is nearly up. The crowd gasps again as Dodgy's pod explodes after a ram from speedy., And both Mogarians are tearing through the field making a bid for the lead!

I must hurry no more time to lose
I really concentrate very hard to find the location of vil
if I found it or think I found I get over there as fast as I can

Xeth, spotting Marcus, follows him. "Keep quiet and...I sense it again...she's near, I'm sure of it!" Xeth whispers. He keeps his finger on the activation button on his curved handle lightsaber.

Where did this idea that Vil is female come from?
