They've passed SC the newest handbook addressed all characters up to SH so looks like its not happening.
Im guessing its because Wandas featuring soon and alots gonna be revealed so theyre saving themselves having to reprint a bio for her more than necessary.

By the sheer fact that PF was able to beat Galactus on panel, then Phoenix takes this one. However, had it been said from the very beginning that this is a FULL POWERED Phoenix vs FULL POWERED Galactus, then Galactus would have taken this easily.
I am not discounting the importance of the PF. But on all the scans posted here, it just shows manipulation of the timestream, not the universe(616) itself. First, had this been manipulation at a universal level , there should had been appearances of all the other Mighty Powers in the MU(Celestials, Watchers, the Cosmic Abstracts, even LT) as had been seen before in all other cosmic sagas(IG, IW, SW, SWII etc). What Jean was manipulating was a fragment of the timestream(it was ust poetically stated as an "orphan universe"😉 because the panels themselves describe what it it really was she was repairing. As such the panels depicted here does not constitute the greatest feat the PF has done & is far dwarfed by Jean containing the rogue neutron galaxy in the orig Phoenix saga.
True, the PF is the spark of creation, but that does not mean it is above
the other abstracts. PF has her own role in the beginnng & end of the universe but so does the big G. The very fact that it has been defeated by forces far dwarfed by big G shows that its power has its limitations & is bund y rules
The fact on panel, is that the PF's power depends on the Avatar's ability(see Excalibur scan PF saying Rachel is the real Phoenix). On panel we have already seen the greatest feat the Phoenix can do(Phoenix saga) but we still haven't seen what FP galactus can do. On SW I it was Doctor Doom who absorbed Galactus's ship & he achieved unity with the universe. But it still hasn't been shown what the Big G could do had it been HIM who absorbed that much energy. In one of the FF issues when the FF travelled to the 80th century, Galactus was actually seen eating the entire universe(I'll try to post once I find it from my stack).

Ive highlighted points stated and depicted within the scenes which mean Mr Masters interpretation is CONCLUSIVELY incorrect.
I have taken apart his interpretation and highlighted parts within the scans which means his interpretation cannot be right or simply doesnt make sense.
He has quoted me said im talking gibberish and then reposted his opinion, addressing not a thing as per usual.

Galactus may have been in the middle of feeding, but at the same time in the battle he acknowledged the unlimited nature of the Phoenixes power in comparison to his own.
Excalibur 61 Galactus to Phoenix:

So Galactus could have finished feeding on the planet and fought Rachel, however he would eventually use up those replenished reserves after a fierce battle and Phoenix would still be going strong. It wouldve made no difference, it would merely have prolonged the battle. Galactus is a planet eater he is not hooked up to an infinite power source like an avatar is. He eats, expends, eats expends.
And so has Galactus been beaten by forces alot weaker than him. Show some objectivity my boy ✅
Nowhere in continuity has a full powered Phoenix lost in battle to anyone.
There are circumstances behind weak showings, circumstances acknowledged by continuity. Be they psychic circuit breakers cutting off her power, or being in an alternate universe different to the one she draws power from.
Please acknowledge that.
