Didnt feel like reading all the pages so i dont know if its been covered yet, but Icemans body is succeptable to matter manpulation. HOWEVER it does nothing really cause he doesnt need the body he starts off with in battle. He can make another as long as there is moisture in the air or anywhere else for that matter. The way to defeat him would be to attack the mind.

Numbers won't win this. Hal can easily recreate the entire Green Lantern Corps...then we will see who has the numbers advantage.
