i feal about islam the same way i feal about christianity, judaism, hinduism etc.{possible exceptions being buddhism and the like} one shouldnt give it the dignity of thought and pondering, it should remain where it belongs in the large library of ill written and uninteresting myths fables and psuedo prophesies.{but that goes equally for the other ones like christianity and judaism.

I dont think the pre-islamic arabs were perfect, but lets put it this way....they gave him an ultimatum they said "Ok you worship your religon, and we shall worship ours, if you do that we will leave you alone." He didnt do it, you can see from the outset Mohammed was not about justice he was about "my way or the highway".
If he was so concerned about justice why did he limit the freedom of women. Furthermore the people who came after him set about conquering the neighbouring areas.
There was one follower of Mohammed called Umar who Mohammed said was guaranted heaven. When Umar conquered one area he made the Jews and the Christians wear specific clothes so they could stand out.
I dont hink all muslims are bad but you can see the history and the religon itself encourages intolerance.

Im not sure about that. The Persians said some good things about the Arabs. Also in history whenever somebody wants to conquer a people they always make up stories to say how uncivlised they are in order to justify it.
Even if they were Mohammed didnt do it for the right reason. Whats the point of lecturing to people about moraility and then allowing women to be raped, whats the point of lecturing others and then reducing the freedom of women?

India is ruled by Hindus because the majority is still hindu but we can´t ignore that. A part of India was even taken out and become Pakistan because of the majority of muslims there. So it is not the entire India that is ruled by Hindu.
My take on Islam is simple.
Islam as a religion is okay, but people using Islam as a reason to commit terror and other crimes, this type of Islam isn't okay with me.
A example would be holywar, in the coran it says that a holy war shall not be fought with weapons but with beliefes, there aren't many of the terrorist today that understand that passage from Islam.

you start talking about how there are smart and peaceful religions in the world (obviously a reference to your own religion), and you even go so far as to post a link to a soka gakkai website. Soka Gakkai has more than its fair share of scandals and flaws, and while it may not promote violence, I don't necessarily consider going soft in the head a good thing (a symptom of which would be to uncritically praise and believe your own religion and in general behave like a "sheep"😉. I am astounded with what must be the hubris or indoctrination it would take to present any religion, especially soka gakkai, as a paragon for religion.
Now, there are some good things on that website. I felt more at peace after reading some things (and a little disturbed at reading others), and even went so far as to tune down this response a bit, but the moment you consider yourself one of the fold and fail to be critical of something in any of its aspect, then you have gone to far. Obviously I don't know you or where you stand in the grand scheme of things, but in the least, I'm calling you out on shameless promotion of your religion.
