1) Homosexuality appears to have some genetic factors.
2) A lot of it seems to be affected by hormones and birth order (which is really just hormones again) and may be hormonally reversible.
3) A lot of it is conditioning (ie. reversible).
4) Ex-gay testimony does have evidence, however it is not peer reviewed. The lack of peer review does not invalidate it, it simply means that a well organized long term study is needed, followed by a peer review.
