Beyonder actually gave her full Phoenix Force powers from his own powers. Although it was never shown or proven trully to be the full Phoenix Force powers, but those scans shows for what you stand for.

and not only do we see it artistically depicted but the Watcher clearly confirms it:

Jahf (first protector of the Mkraan Crystal) has only been defeated once,
when he fought the X-Men & Jean/Phoenix. (and it was a fight)

Well, that is it about my high thoughts about PF. If I would want to give PF in the place I held it before, then it should really do something big.
