that barbossa dies saving jack when the kraken attacks the pearl again or something? i dont get how that would work, because didnt the kraken die? maybe its another situation.
but that would also mean jack loses the pearl again.... so he would HAVE to get elizabeth or the ending would be TRAGIC, not bitter-sweet.
I can't see Barbossa dying for anyone any time soon. He's Jack's enemy and had no regrets about leaving him on an island to die. The only people I can see being self-sacrificing are Will, Bootstrap, Jack, and Liz. Barbossa is just such a delicioius villain, so in love with his own devilish persona. Maybe someone will kill him to save Jack.
Why would the Kracken attack the Pearl again? I thought in spite of Liz's blunderous "it's after you not the ship," it really IS after the ship and once it's destroyed, won't do anything with it again. The Pearl is destroyed, guys. Maybe Tia will bring it back, and I have a feeling it will bounce back just as Jack will, but they have to do something bigger than just repeat a Kracken attack again, right?
