Absolutely.
Jamie turns all the STARS in this Universe into Snow Flakes,
in order to take away Havok's power's at the time which relied on Stellar Energy:
This enitre Alternate Reality was created by Jamie, and only existed because of Jamie,
he even created an Alternate of himself,
in other words Jamie was sustaining this entire Universe.
When he went to bed (later in the issue) that Universe disappeared from existence.

but that incident where Meggan defeated him only took place once.

Jamie is Warping entire Universes, actually creating them.

His Bio says he might of had a hand in Jaspers recreation or his Merger to Fury.
Wanda's Chaos Wave takes credit for one of the two.

It was extreme.
She actually absorbed Power from the Pan-Dimensional Beyond,
after researching what this meant, I came up with the Realm of the True Beyonders.
She actually managed to pause the Chaos Wave if even for a moment.
A moment desperately needed, a moment that made all the difference.

Okay I will try to explain this again, He did not defeat the LT, he defeat someone with the LT's powers and very little idea of how to use them properly. That's also how Nebula lost the IG, she had all that power but didn't know how to fully use it. Same type of situation.
