I have to disagree,
the moment Nemesis arose she was able to rub out Two entire UniverseS with a gesture.
Nemesis never got the chance to settle into her power and take full control of the Gems that made her up, she was struggling with the Gems for dominion over herself, because the Gems through out all these eons had developed Consciousness' of their own.
Still,
in the end, after the black night struck Nemesis, she let out Creation Waves, that were creating one Reality after another, had the Time Gem and Reality Gem not joined forces to stop the Waves, the Waves would have created Realities into Infinity.
The Masters of the Matrix Microverse and Hell's Angel (Dark Angel)

Hell's Angel (Dark Angel) transported herself and some X-Men into the Micro-Universe with her body which a Dimensional transporter, in search of a way to stop Mys-tech (a war taking place, too much to explain)
This polluted the secluded Realm of the Masters of the Matrix, which was made up of ambient energy, in fact, the anomalous presence of Physical beings in the Matrix Microverse instantly created a Universe and gave the Masters of the Matrix physical forms:

Very interesting, never heard of these cats before,

I didn't get a conclusive picture from that one scan, it seems they fed off of the dreams of sentient beings from the Multiverse, but how much power this granted them can not be disclosed from that page, I know they were scattered across the MultiverseS according to this scan, but that may just be an ability of Dimensional travel on a Multi-Multiversal scale, unlike having the power to actually affect the Realities themselves.
(I need to read the rest of this book) What issue is this?

She must've meant "your Universe" as in the first Univese to arise from the death of the old.
Remember 616 is the Prime Universe, every other Universe in the Multiverse is but a copy,
with subtle changes.
Btw. They were in the Ultraverse (Outside the Multiverse at the time) in that scene, Diana could have been referring to the Infinity Being spawning the Prime Multiverse first, and then it expanding on it's own further.
The Prime Multiverse that houses the 616 Universe is the only Multiverse with Eternity and the rest of the Cosmic Hierarchy, the LT calls the Prime Multiverse "His Universe"
all the great powers in existence have risen from THIS Multiverse (with the exception of the Starbrand) which came from the New Universe.
The rest of the MultiverseS in the Marvel Omniverse pale in comparison,
perhaps this is why Diana specified "Your Universe" ...

I know this might sound a little stupid but I would like to give you a experiment.
We are only going by On Panel evidence and those feats shown there.
I would like to pit One Celestial vs Odin with one change.
The incident with Odin Vishnu and Zeus are forgotten along with The destroyer vs the fourth Celestial Host given these facts would you then say by only looking at the On Panel feats that Odin would win ore lose?
