The only thing "wrong" with it, is that Beyonder should be at writer level.

Why MUST you continually bring that up? Cosmic Spiderman was stated to be the most powerful hero EVER by Marvel, but does that mean that he was really more powerful than the Beyonder(since the Beyonder played the part of a hero during Secret Wars 2)? AND technically, that would make him MORE powerful than the writers also.

There's three level's.
Hero - Spider-man, Hulk, Iron man, Captain America, Silver Surfer ect.
Neutral - Beyonder, Molecule man, Living Tribunal, Eternity, Galactus ect.
Villain - Thanos, Dr. Doom, Juggernaut, Magneto ect.

Can Magneto be classed as a villian? Sure he does evil stuff, but he is fighting for right. I'd put him in neutral.

I was more thinking of the fact that he "sometime" do anything, even kill to get his will through.

He was a hero for a brief time during the second Secret Wars. Remember his whole "Champion of Life" phase.

He was still a hero. And he didn't end up concentrating on evil, he concentraded on Death. That's when he decided to kill off Multi Death, was during his hero phase. So the comparison stands.
