Logan isn't faster than Batman. Midnighter is. Midnighter is therefore faster than Logan.
Even if people refuse to acknowledge the fact that the Midnighter is faster then Wolverine, that doesn't matter. He's just a far more advanced version of Mr.X, who didn't have any kind of superhuman physique and trashed Wovlerine pretty badly.

MR.X also lost the majority to wolverien as will Midnighter.
Mr.X was a master of every form of combat unlike midnighter.
Oh and Mister X was superhuman he moved far faster then taskmaster.

In the Wolverine feat, Logan slashed through the guns that were being trained on him without their users being able to react.
In the Batman feat, Bruce grabbed the guns out of the users' hands before they were able to react.
I don't see how it isn't comparable.
And Midnighter's even faster than Batman.
The mutants Midnighter punched through in Midnighter 8 or 9 actually had 10 times human speed, durability, strength and reflexes. Hmm....

Logan was across the room.
They did not see wolverine move and did not realies he was behind them.
In batman cases it seem as if they saw him move were just not able to react.
Logan guys are trained to take out meta human threats.
batman guys were common thugs.

Oh yeah, where X moved to the top of the cage and threw down Taskmaster. Great writing there, Taskmaster getting knocked out by that.
Either way, it makes little difference. Midnighter knows what Wolverine can do, is far above peak human and just too fast.
When you're strong enough to punch straight through people who've got X10 human durability, strength, speed and reflexes, you're way above peak human.
