Midnighter is about 2-3x human in speed, he has said he can run 2k in 3 minutes BUT he has also displayed some limited burst speed ala Taskmaster. He certainly isn't faster than Spider-man, and he likely isn't faster than Wolverine but is on the same playing field.
Logan likely wins 10/10. The chances of Midnighter overloading Wolverine's healing factor before he goes down himself are slim to nil.

Wolverine has had his guts ripped out before with out being koed. He has had all his organs liquifed with out being koed. He his body from a foot below his waist up to his nipples completely incinerated and he was still talking. Excuse me if I don't think mild super strength and a cloak full of maces and pointy objects is enough to bring down Wolverine... but he has taken that kind of damage in spades. Midnighter has a better chance of breaking his foot off at the ankle then he does of causing Wolverine to bat an eye lid.
Midnighter has been tagged by regular guys and he can't take the kind of damage Wolverine dishes out.

Wolverine has kicked a guys head off before. Big deal. Anyone above class 1 could do it easily, the only difference is the violence in Marvel (out side of MAX) is toned down to appeal to a wider audience.

and wolverine's also been KOed by much less than that...a blade to the gut, a knock on the head, getting shot...etc etc
also his HF has been downgraded recently, so its not insane anymore...Im pretty sure he'll be KOed if MN disembowels him

Azrael said he couldn't grantee that Wolverine's healing factor would be as strong as it was, not that it defiantly would decrease. As of now their hasn't been anything to suggest it has been significantly diminished... if at all.
