Well I was going for people who aren't stronger. 19 sure wasn't stronger, and Majin Vegeta wasn't. Freeza was at one point but that's besides the point.

Well I don't really think Cell was stronger than him at that point remember he had been reverted back to his 2nd form by Gohan and had the crap kicked out of him so I doubt his power was on Goku's level.

Those look more like scrapes and dirt and I already admitted that blood has come out of his mouth. Has there been a time where Goku suffered a black eye or broken bones or gashes etc... after the saiyan saga?

Never said he didn't have a high degree of invulnerability. Then again I think physically Vegeta > Gokou also.

Why is that?

Because Vegeta trains harder, and he constantly trains in high gravity. I wouldn't be surprised if over the 7 years of peace he hadn't went higher than 300x Earth's gravity. Gokou's training regime has always been a bit different than Vegeta's also.
