When he means by Ginyu level people then he means someone who can blow up Planets, since Ginyu is much stronger then Sayain Saga Vegeta who can blow a Planet. And much stronger then Roshi who can blow up a moon.

The usual. he's got a collection of low feats that he touts claiming they invalidate high showings with the mere existence. When I pointed out a goku low showing he claimed he could find a scan where Superman struggled with ten. the scan never came. Buu saga characters are skyfather level. A selection of random characters are on par with Ginyu.
Though he did admit Braniac was physically stronger than Freiza and that Braniac in his ship was a bigger threat than Freiza. It was amusing when he tried to argue for Frieza's vast combat skill.
Though I do enjoy asking for feats backed up with scans. Seems to confuse him.
The thing is that Superman and other characters around the same level in DC and Marvel completely crush DBZ characters in terms of actual feats, so they only way they can try to argue against them is by pointing out low - end feats and somehow assuming they invalidate everything else. It's pretty pathetic, really.

Here's the thing, there are no high end showings that put Surfer at where you have him. People with Frieza's acumen or less ALWAYS give him the toughest times, it's a staple of the character, just isn't that powerful compared to Goku and company.
And also, if Surfer is as powerful as you say, these scans shouldn't exist in the first place. I can bring up NUMEROUS scans to show how hard you're wanking Surfer, what scans can you bring to the table to indicate that I'm wanking Frieza and company?
Oh, that's right, nothing, that's what happens when you objectively look at the characters, your opinion matches the source. Rather than this light speed planet buster nonsense I typically see spewed from comic wankers, do you actually read the comics or do you just skim through them for feats? Seems like the latter.
Especially considering you are the poster who said I can bring hundreds of scans of Flash getting regularly smashed by beings slower than Roshi to the table, and that STILL wouldn't be enough to indicate Frieza being able to over power him and keep up with his speed.

Besides it's my opinion post crisis Superman didn't become strong enough to beat Goku till just before our worlds at war. If you want some low showings try Superman Vol 1 430. Find me a 6 foot 4 inch object made of steel that's 5 tons (we'll take Superman's claim seriously and say the substance was twice as heavy, therefore, we'll divide the 10 by 2).
For the record, most CARS are only 2 tons. 10 tons was a very giving number, it was probably only around 5, at most.

Superman has been written around the same levels of power for years, the increase has been freaking MARGINAL at best, Superman from 2010 wouldn't be written to curbstomp Superman from 1998 in the manner Goku from the Buu saga would be written to casually chump Frieza era Goku.

- Simply punch him or ram him with his board at millions of times lightspeed (keep in mind DBZ characters are not even 1% of lightspeed)
- Blow up the ****ing planet and laugh as he suffocates to death (don't say he'll teleport to another planet, because that counts as a forfeit, besides, Surfer could just bind his lifeforce to the planet like he did to Lunatik so if he leaves it he dies)
But no, apparently Surfer can't do all of these things that he has proven to be able to do because he once got surprised by whoever the **** in a comic written by a writer who doesn't understand his powerset 🙄
