I do agree with General Bondius because I think when Voldemort killed Harry's parenets, that Voldemort created Harry to be one of his Horocruxes and I think that when Harry tries to kill Voldemort, Voldemort will tell him he is his last horcrux so Harry will have to kill himself in order for Voldemort to die.

I don't think Harry is a Horcrux because after Voldemort killed Harry's parents, he tried to KILL Harry. And if Harry was dead, then he couldn't be a horcrux.

there is very likely we have to read about Harry's death in book 7, and it would be Ok to me (honestly)
had been fun if he totally failed, and that LV killed evry mudblod 😈
but i doubt it. I think he will either sacrifice himself, or end up as the DADA teacher.

ok enough of this whole harry is the last horcrux theory!!!!cursing if u go tothe thread we already have going on this topic u will see all i have to say then hopefully open ur brains that i know u've closed down over the summer!!!!

But if he became a Phoenix because he's an Animagi, that means he's not dead. He took the Draught of Living Death and then burst into Phoenix flames at his funeral.

I was thinking:

You know how Fawkes was healing Harry and company's pain a bit, just by being able to hear its song. This proves that the song was, in fact, healing.

What if, as I have suggested before, Dumbledore had taken the Draught of Living Death potion, and Fawkes was able to heal him in the form of waking him up?

This way, Dumbledore would be able to turn into a phoenix if he were an Animagi, and it would explain the phoenix Harry thought he saw through the smoke of the flame.

This Draught of Living Death theory seems to become more possible to me by the second.

One more thing: the potion is called the Draught of Living Death... Dumbledore needed water after he drank the potion in the cave.

One more 'coincidence'...

i think DD is dead. i hate it as much as everyone else does. but the way the book descibes him dying theres no way around it. it said harry saw the jet of green light hit DD squarely in the chest and saw him fall backwards. and i dont think anyone besides harry is going to survive the killing curse in the book.

The only reason I don't think he'll come back it because Rowling said she'd kill a main character off. I don't recall her ever lying to her fans. Now, I know what you might be thinking: "she didn't want to give away that he's still alive by saying 'oh, I'm gonna kill some one off but he's still gonna live'" In that case she wouldn't have said anything about the matter.

DD didn't take the druaght of living death!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
he didn't fall asleep in the cave, the potion there could not have been the Draught of living death.
did DD drink anything when they returned to rosmerta....NO
Did he drink anything at the top of the astronomy tower...NO
Ok, we then know that he was not affected of the draught of living death at any time.

Perhaps he wasn't hit with an avada kedavra then? Makes sense, since you have to actually have to mean a Dark curse to work it, and by now it's extroadinarily obvious that Snape is not evil, hence he could not have worked it. I believe that Dumbledore asked Snape to pretend to kill him, by using a non-verbal spell, and consequently pretend that he had turned against the Order, thereby making his disguise complete. Obviously this was undesirable to Snape, and that is why he was arguing with Dumbledore, and had that hatred on his face.

my specialty is star wars, so forgive me if i get things wrong, but heres a few things i think will come to light in book 7.
1. draco will end up on harry's side. sure, he is a slytherin, but i dont think he is capable of being a death eater. he had dumbledore dead to rights, and he couldnt do it.
2. dumbledore is alive. i think he split his soul and stored it in a hocrux.
3. snape did kill dumbledore, but only after dumbledore stored his soul in a hocrux. snape knew draco wouldnt be able to kill dumbledore, so he "killed" him himself. snape did this in order to deceive the death eaters so that dumbledore would have a man on the inside.

I agree with number 1, as for numbers 2 and 3 I half agree - Dumbledore most probably isn't dead, but I doubt Dumbledore murdered anyone, and yes, Snape is a good guy but he didn't actually kill Dumbledore.

I'm not saying that Dumbledore is definetly, 100% still alive. I am just saying he might be.

Something you said there:

Yeah, Harry saw Dumbledore fly backwards...

When has the killing curse ever made somebody fly backwards?

it is

Oh, I've just had a thought. Remeber in OotP, when Harry and co/ were clearing out a cabinet...didn't they find an old locket that they couldn't open in there? Regulus must have put it in 12 Grimmauld Place! Maybe lol...

i cant belive you just noticed that i noticed the moment i saw the instials

Hey everyone

Someone mentioned the Avada Kedavra curse hitting the locket that was in DD's pocket... could that impact have made him fly off the tower?

This is fantastic hotsauce, I totally agree with everything you just said ✅

This, by TheSun, also makes complete sense. It's all falling into place from my point of view, I think we're really getting somewhere 😄

HARRY POTTER dies at BOOK 7! will you believe it or not....

Harry will die at book seven....becuase my master voldemort would say to him " your my last horcrux, harry" TOINK.....i think not..no way...
not in a million years....maybe...maybe...

well, there are many spectations and thoughts about the last book and i was hoping it would be a thousand and hundred pages...Oh cmon Ms. ROwling...it is the last book, afterall.

If harry dies and voldy will not or both dies....i will never ever read JKROwlings written books in the future.....

Well CHEENE..mayybe right by hating the halfblood prince series but...i dunno...i love it and half of me says hate it...ironic!

but no way i will never ever believe harry will die because if he does...there will be no more POTTER in the wizarding world...he is the last of his family i suppose....

so tell me..will HARRY DIE OR NOT....

oh yeah.....i forgot

"HATE SNAPE.....HATE SNAPE>>>>"

😎

Erm... 🤨

I would point you to the right thread, but I'm not sure there's a point to this one...

my point is that....dumbledores gone and Harry is still weak and not that strong...so ermmm..he could die

Parselmouth is always not in the direct point...he walks on circles...

anyway....i dont want to think harry will die because if he does that is sad and yes, he is the last potter i think...

and this thread is pointless...i agree....

sorry bout telling your thread is pointless parselmouth....its just that i dont understand what you mean...
