If one and one's boyfriend are not having sex, then no, there is no obligation whatsoever.
My friend and her boyfriend just had a fight about said question.
Boyfriend felt that because they weren't having sex her taking the pill and not telling him meant she was planning on being unfaithful. hmm

You guys wouldn't be a little curious why your girl was taking the pill, not telling you about it, while you two weren't having sex?
I'd be curious, ask her, and if she told me that she was being faithful and was taking the pills for other reasons (because I know there are) that would be enough for me.

I read that wrong, yeah I'd be questioning, but like Puzzle said if I asked her and she told me she was taking it for other reasons that would be good enough for me.

Maybe she doesn't think it's that important? 😬
She's a virgin so I'd assume it was a big deal. shrug
Meh I couldn't care less, not so much my business.
And even though I think he did overreact I still think he has a right to know since they're in a committed relationship and it would just reflect badly if he found out on his own. (which he did anyways)

Yeah, that is kind of weird. ermm
I agree with you that she should have told him but unless he finds out she is cheating or whatever he shouldn't take it so seriously.
