The book is what you where looking at, I've had very little to say about the book. AAMOF, I explain why Storm has specialized from of telekinesis in my post. You might want to reread my replies. 😉

For techniques and more information look under this abilities sub-categories. They work with the elements themselves. An atmokinetic would not be considered a Aero or Pyrokinetic by any means. (Geez, do they just throw kinesis on everything, damn gaming industry.)
Her powers extend a hell of a lot farther then that.
Also it look like you guys are somewhat right the book does have Marvel's name on it, so you can take that anyway you like it. It really doesn't bother me, mostly because I actually have a comic book proving it wrong.🙂

How long does it take for a lightning bolt to manifest, and travel. It's called lag. Storm has it. Jean doesn't.

Storm's brain is alway sending out psionic energy into the environment giving her almost immediate response and sensation from her surrounding.
Now think about it, you have mental control over 3 miles of the surrounding area and your powers are deeply connected to the environment. Every thought you make (be it happiness, sadness or rage) is equally reflected by the environment a split second later. This is why Storm has such control over her emotions.

That was a weak bio electric bolt that moves slower then lightning, the scan i showed said before anyone can react in a blink of an eye, which is a half second or faster.

Um...in all those scans she still....manipulates the atmosphere....she just manipulates a different atmosphere when she's not on Earth.
As for the clothes thing....she has atmokinesis...stands to reason that if she can create a bolt she can manipulate a few charges her and there....in any event apart from make clothes out of this power...what else has she done with it?

It says anyone present....meaning applied to the people present. In any event it still used the term blink of an eye....which as stated before is a lag.
Has this actually been stated about her Bio Electric Bolts? Because Emma has taken Storms lightning from the sky and gotten right up...
In any event it doesn't matter.

So does Storm do this before or after Jean thinks? And BTW Storms mind has been interefered with plenty of times...you're frying someones brain not probing it....a brain shut down....would do just fine as well. A Psi Bolt is a mind fry...you don't need to probe the person to fry their mind you're you can either use the ambient psionic from the surroundings or cause their synapses(Brain Functions not conscious thought) to missfire either way works.. And again Storm has been mentally invaded on plenty of occasions...even when she had an electrical interference up.
BTW with TK Jean snaps Storms neck before Storm can blink.

And a third of the speed of the light is A SLOW-as-SHIT when compared with something that happens instantaneously.
Speed is always a factor - and Jean has it.
