The lady has also smashed through Magneto's force-field with her winds when the combined power of Cyclops, Colossus and Logan could not even scratch it on the page earlier. There is no hyperbole here. You do realize that she generated winds that were fast enough to fly her from New Orleans to New York in a matter of minutes, right? That's gotta be thousands of miles. If she can generate winds like that (and she has), then everything on this list is validated excluding the fact that she has already accomplished most of it.

He's not going to pull that on Storm. This is a move that takes more concentration than his standard moves and against Storm, its a very stupid thing to do unless you catch her by surprise. She's not going to sit there and allow Magneto to pull this. She's going to give him something to worry about. Really, she could just burst his eardrums with an atmospheric pressure trick. What's he going to do to counter it?

You know what you are forgetting? If Storm moves thousands of tons (and she can) and Magneto can move thousands of tons (and he can), Storm is far more deadly. Magneto can only exert that kind of force against metal. For him to apply it against Storm, he would have to grab some metal first. Winds will apply the same amount of force to an object regardless of its composition. Therefore, she can exert much greater force against Magneto than he can exert at her at a much faster rate.

Do you know what you're forgetting. Magneto lifts a whole bunch more than metal.

You're the fanboy. Hmmm, tell me if I am right. I don't have the issue in front of me. Poccy and Mags were duking it out. Magneto greatly reduced his retaliation. Poccy. asked him, "What are you doing?" Magneto responds with, "Concentrating" and then tears him up.

You need to start using your head more. Magneto is reaching into the other characters body to locate microscopic traces of iron that does not amount to much. He then has to manipuate it. It is much easier to grab a car. Do you remember how Betsy could smash down walls but was unable to pick up a dime with her TK? Same applies here only Magneto is more skilled, but the trick still requires more time and concentration than say picking up a car. Against an opponent like Ororo, Magneto would be stupid to attempt in open combat. He generally uses this power against normal humans, bruiser type characters who don't have enormous energy levels to attack him with or very low level energy characters whom he greatly outpowers.

BTW, he should not have been able to pull this on Poccy. He has the ability to absorb and rechannel energy like Bishop. In other words, he should been able to feel that energy building in him and thrown it back in Magneto's face. The only thing you are accomplishing is telling me why Magneto should not be as respected as writers try to portray him in combat. Why are they always having to weaken characters when they fight him if he were so powerful?

I totally disagree. He does not have anywhere near enough power over those gravitons to mean squat to Storm. Magneto is not a Graviton-type character by any stretch of the imagination.
