I'm so pleased that you mentioned that. I was just about to ponder how it is actually said; in my mind, I'm saying it 'boo-cack-ee', is this right?

Although I can be wrong (very rarely of course) I believe the Japanese is actually pronounced boo-kah-kay with a slightly longer interval between the boo and kah.
